As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, I am intrigued, curious and fascinated by people.

This blog is to share stories of peoples achievements, challenges, highs, and lows, as we all travel on this, our life journey

The beauty of the Cognitive Hypnotherapy approach is that together, we can work with the past, to help alleviate present issues to potentially change our future.

To do this, I believe, we need to work on 3 levels.

The Cognitive Plane – where are thoughts are usually in control purely because we are unaware of the programmes that are running them.

The Physical Plane – where we ignore, deny or punish our physical selves in ways we do not realise or appreciate

The Emotional Plane – where we aim to move away from the uncomfortable, painful, sad situation towards the comforting, happy, peaceful place.
